Policies


 

  • SERVICES.  Trainer will provide in-person services for training (unless otherwise discussed).  Trainer will be prompt and will provide clear communication during sessions and after/between sessions through email, text, or phone call.  Participant will communicate openly (via in-person or email) with any questions, thoughts, or concerns.  Participant will follow through on training instructions so our time spent together is efficient and effective.  

 

  • BOOKING.  Participant will book sessions through our online scheduling calendar found on our website.  Payment is due prior to booking unless other arrangements have been made.  

 

  • CANCELLATIONS.  Participant can cancel within 48 hours of the session through our online scheduling calendar or email (other arrangements can be made for emergencies or inclement weather).  Trainer will reach out to Participant via email, text, phone call, or scheduling calendar for emergencies or inclement weather. 

 

  • RESCHEDULING.  No shows will be charged for the session.  Participant can reschedule within 48 hours of the session through our online scheduling calendar or email (other arrangements can be made for emergencies or inclement weather).  Trainer will reach out to Participant via email, text, phone call, or scheduling calendar for emergencies or inclement weather. 

 

  • REFUNDS.  No refunds (unless special arrangements are made). 

 

  • TIME LIMITS.  Participant has 6 months from the first session to complete all sessions that were purchased.   

 

  • FAMILY INVOLVEMENT IN TRAINING.  The whole family is highly encouraged to be at each session to ensure that everyone is on the same page. 

 

  • “NON COMPETE.”  Participant is highly encouraged to only work with me during the duration of our training period.  Avoid listening to advice from family members, friends, and social media as this can help to avoid mixed messaging and getting undesirable results (this doesn’t relate to other professionals that I collaborate with).  

 

  • FIREABLE OFFENSES.  Trainer reserves the right to fire Participant without refund at her discretion for the following reasons:
    • Participant is disrespectful to Trainer or their own family members or guests.

    • Participant is disrespectful or inhumane to their dog or other animals.

    • Participant does not follow training instructions.

    • Participant uses physical force or punishment with any animal or person.

    • Participant uses choke chains, prong/pinch collars, any form of electric/shock equipment during training 

 

  • MY AVAILABILITY TO MY CLIENTS.  Trainer can be reached Monday-Thursday and Saturday from 9am-5pm.  Trainer can best be reached via email or text/phone call if urgent.  Trainer will not be available during Holidays or time off. 

 

  • HOW MY SERVICES ARE DELIVERED.  Services are delivered via in-person (unless doing remote animal communication).  Trainer reserves the right to switch to online only training at my discretion with no refunds.
